Born in 1952, Constantin FROSIN is a Professor at „Danubius” University in Galati. Degree in foreign languages in 1976 at the University of Bucharest (French-Italian), he became a PhD in Philology in 2000, at University of Bucharest. His Thesis: “Changing the language does not change writing” (published by Editura Eminescu, Bucharest, in 2000) was evaluated with very well and got rating Magna cum Laude.
Honorary President of the Association of Professional Translators, Honorary President of the International Union of Poets for Peace, he’s also a French language writer (author of more than 40 books), a translator (he has translated more than 200 books in French) and a journalist (being publieshed by about 700 French magazines), publishing his own magazine since ten years: „Le Courrier international de la Francophilie” (issue 32 of the magazine will be published in February 2015).
